In September 2016 I started working with a cross-functional team to launch the new store locator for in Europe. This launch was a initiative to connect our digital and physical consumer touch-points and create a consistent consumer experience, as part of the Seamless Commerce strategy. I successfully led the project from beginning to end, partnering with several local and global digital teams. By coordinating the Nike teams and owning the relationship with the external digital agency we managed to launch on time and to deliver an enhanced seamless consumer journey.

After the launch I worked on a maintenance plan, to ensure that the teams take care of the regular updates (store information, photography etc.) so that consumer-facing information is always accurate on the site. I organised and led several meetings and conference calls with the cross-functional team to follow up on tasks, responsibilities and to prepare for upcoming deployments to improve the UX of the page.
